We know, first hand, that running a business is much more than the finished product or service that your customers or clients receive. In fact, as a small business owner, you can spend more time on the office stuff and administrative tasks than the time you actually get to spend doing what you enjoy in your business.
Whether it's sorting through receipts, invoices, and time sheets, or trying to figure out why your Google Profile isn't getting reviews, if you add them all together, it's like you have a second full-time job. Often, we hear business owners say, "I wish there was a better way to track my inventory", or "How can I organize what I'm spending so I can track my expenses?"
We specialize in projects and services that can take some of the burden off of your plate, particularly if your strengths lie in the fulfillment of your mission and not the nuts and bolts behind the scenes. Many of our friends who run small businesses have the same complaints. They love what they do, but they "hate all the paperwork". That's usually code for, "Why in the heck do I have to do all of this other stuff that takes time away from me selling my products or working with my clients?"

Back Office "Friday": Our name for a day that you pick for us to come in and help clean up the piles of paperwork and create some semblance of order for you. This Can be any combination of our administrative services.
Fix-It Day: Another of our popular services where you pick a day and have us "fix" an issue, system, or procedure so things are more understandable, user-friendly, and/or efficient.
Books Clean-Up: Whether its organizing and categorizing receipts and invoices, or it's reconciling bank and card accounts, we can get you back on track with your bookkeeping. As much or as little as you need. From cleaning up your QuickBooks to getting everything in order for reports.
Systems Analysis: Your online marketing could be disjointed, your POS system not providing the tracking you need, or other internal functions just need to be freshened up. An experienced set of eyes can make the difference.
Project Helper: Just like it sounds. We're happy to be that objective set of eyes and ears, willing to share our years of experience to work through the details of your next project. We provide the "How" to make your next amazing idea come to life.
Mobile Notary: In the normal course of business, it's pretty easy to find a Notary to make all those official documents legal. Insurance, Title, Law, and Real Estate Offices generally have one right there. However, there are many times, after hours or in emergency situations, where being able to get something Notarized can be the difference between immediate peace of mind and uncertainty. We'll meet you where you're at!
