Our Sales and Management Consulting services can provide you with objective analysis and recommendations, based on your input. Given our management experience in many fields, as well as multiple years training sales associates, you can benefit from that wealth of knowledge. Having a trusted, outside, resource can give you a perspective not clouded by emotions or biases.
Bookkeeping
If you would like to hire us to take care of your bookkeeping, it is required that we set our expectations for each other, understand what is required from you as the client, and for us to reassure you what value you will receive.
Our Initial Consultation allows us to get to know each other and get a good understanding of what is required from both of us to make this a perfect fit.
The $50 Fee is fully credited to your first month's Invoice, once we are engaged as your bookkeeper.

Many of your current headaches associated with HR can be handled remotely, by experienced professionals, who, with your initial input, can assist in recruiting, structuring employment agreements, and managing the tasks that consume so much of your time when trying to assemble your team.

This is where we engage with you as if we were sitting across the boardroom table offering objective analysis on just about any topic.
We can do deep dives on your financials to ascertain areas you can increase profitability. We can be your fresh honest eyes for new marketing campaigns. We can do demographic research for your proposed added location. The sky is the limit!
Given our years of training sales people in multiple fields, we can even schedule Zoom meetings with your team to teach tips, tricks, and methods to boost sales, margins, and loyalty.
