Karen Sobczak, Managing Partner
Karen has over two and a half decades of experience owning and managing businesses in multiple industries. From service to hospitality/restaurant to retail, her wealth of knowledge in all facets of company operations will prove to be an asset to your business, as well as being someone who will be dedicated to your growth and success.
Her organizational skills and attention to detail combine with her proficiency at problem solving to make her an integral addition to your team.
Karen's areas of expertise include: HR, Data Entry, Time Management, Scheduling, and Administration.
Lee Sobczak, Managing Partner
Lee, too, has nearly three decades of experience as an owner, manager, and CFO, of several businesses across a wide range of industries. His no nonsense approach to numbers and analytics will instill the confidence you need when entrusting a firm to oversee your finances.
His history of managing and training sales teams, as well as being a trusted presence in the board room can give you the confidence that his experience will elevate your team's abilities and give you guidance when called upon to do so.
Lee's areas of expertise include: Finance and Bookkeeping, Sales Training, Marketing, and Management.
